Position Description
The Internship Programs Graduate Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the coordination and execution of Hegi Summer Internship Programs. This position is responsible for managing key aspects of the internship process, including developing comprehensive program timelines, overseeing employer and student applications in Qualtrics and 12twenty, and coordinating marketing and outreach efforts. The Graduate Assistant will also facilitate qualitative feedback collection, schedule internship host site visits, and assist with intern cohort communications.
Additional responsibilities include managing student and employer assessments, organizing application submissions, and supporting the review and placement process in collaboration with the Assistant and Associate Director for Employer Relations. The GA will also assist with intern cohort onboarding, debrief sessions, and celebrations. Participation in weekly meetings and providing administrative support as needed are essential components of this role.
