Guest Ticket Information

Guest tickets to the Meadows Degree Recognition Ceremony will be available beginning Monday, April 28 at 9 a.m.

Guest tickets are required for all guests over three years of age.

• Each graduate is allotted four (4) guest tickets to the Meadows Degree Recognition.

• Tickets will be available for pick up from April 28 to May 2 from your Division/Department office.

• You may request additional tickets and will be put on a wait list at your Division office.

• On May 2, your Division Coordinator will be able to issue any waitlisted tickets that remain before returning unclaimed tickets to Meadows Operations and Events office.

• Unclaimed tickets will be available from Dawn Askew in the Meadows Operations & Events office (1061 Owen Arts Center) on the following schedule:
  • May 5 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2 – 5 p.m.
  • May 6 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2 – 5 p.m.
  • May 7 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2 – 3:30 p.m.
  • May 8 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2 – 5 p.m.
  • May 12 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2 – 5 p.m.
  • May 13 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2 – 5 p.m.
  • May 14 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2 – 5 p.m.
