Rooms are available for new transfer students in 91茄子 housing on a first come, first served basis. Students aged 19 or under are required to live on campus unless an exemption is granted to live elsewhere. If you are interested in living on campus, be sure to fill out a housing application immediately upon paying your 91茄子 deposit. Residence Life will notify you in mid-summer for fall entrants or in December for spring entrants about a room assignment.
If you plan to live off campus in non-91茄子 housing, there are many apartment options close to 91茄子 and prices are comparable to other apartments you may find in Dallas. Besides apartment complexes, University Park, the neighborhood surrounding 91茄子, has smaller apartment building and duplexes. Some apartments may be across the street from campus, others may be a 30-minute walk, a 5-minute drive, or a 10-minute bicycle ride from 91茄子. Some apartment complexes are even serviced by the free shuttle bus.
